seasonal availability

Flowers are a seasonal business, which is what makes them so special. However please take into consideration floral colours and shapes may vary, and the elements, seasons, unforeseen changes to stock and weather all play a part in the arrangements we create. We cannot 100% guarantee a certain shade of colour or flower, but we can 100% guarantee every piece is special and made thoughtfully. All of our photos displayed are of our own work, and details are kept as accurate as possible. if you have any specific questions or would like something custom ordered, please reach out via the contact page.

payments

a. Payment for either a wedding deposit or custom bouquet is required in full at the time of booking. We accept payment through secure online platforms, direct bank transfers, or cash payments for in-person consultations.

b. Prices displayed on our website or quoted via email/phone are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

cancellation and refunds

a. Initial wedding deposits are non refundable. If you need to cancel your event, please get in contact with us via email so we can sort out the best solution for your specific case.

b. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

c. A Tiny Florist does not offer refunds for change of mind.

delivery and expectations

a. We offer delivery services within the Gold Coast and Byron Bay areas. Delivery charges may apply based on the distance and complexity of the delivery.

b. It is important to provide accurate delivery details, including the recipient's name, address, and contact information. We will not be held responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or insufficient information. If information supplied is incorrect or is not safe to deliver a fee may apply or the order may be cancelled.

c. Flowers are perishable items, and their freshness and quality depend on environmental conditions and proper care. While we take utmost care in handling and delivering the arrangements, we cannot be held liable for any deterioration or damage that may occur after delivery.

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and designs related to our floral arrangements, remain the property of A Tiny Florist. No part of our designs or arrangements may be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
